CARTAGENA
The walls were designed in order to protect the Cartagena suffering ongoing attacks. In this wall shows the bastion of Santa Catalina, and purpose of this was to prevent access bulwark for the dangerous enemy avenue of Cruz Grande.

MUSEUM OF MODERN ART
The Museum of Modern Art of Cartagena has an art collection that was initiated by a grant from the Organization of American States (OAS), on Latin American painting of the 50's, which has expanded and is on permanent display in the Hall 1. It also includes in its programming solo exhibitions, collective and continuous program of support activities.
